PURCHASE & SERVICE AGREEMENT

Welcome to RichboiRecordz®.
By purchasing products, services, or entering into agreements with us, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read carefully.
 

1. DEFINITIONS

  • "Company" refers to RichboiRecordz® PTY LTD.

  • "Client" refers to any individual or business purchasing products or services from the Company.

  • "Products" refer to any merchandise, music, or goods sold by the Company.

  • "Services" refer to artist collaborations, brand partnerships, licensing, management services, promotional services, and any other offerings provided by the Company.
     

2. GENERAL TERMS

  • All purchases and service engagements are subject to acceptance by RichboiRecordz®.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order or service request at our discretion.

  • All transactions are final unless otherwise stated under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
     

3. PAYMENT TERMS

  • Payment for products or services must be made in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, bank transfers, or any methods offered through our platform.

  • Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may be subject to change without notice.
     

4. DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS & SERVICES

  • Products will be delivered to the address provided by the Client during checkout.

  • Digital services, licensing materials, and deliverables will be sent to the email address or platform specified at the time of purchase.

  • Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of transaction. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be notified promptly.
     

5. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Physical merchandise: Refunds or exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery if the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Digital products and services: All sales are final; no refunds are available unless otherwise specified.

  • Custom services (such as collaborations, licensing, or branding services) require non-refundable deposits to secure bookings and planning.
     

6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Clients must provide accurate, current, and complete information when engaging with the Company.

  • Clients are responsible for reviewing all service scopes and deliverables prior to confirming any engagement.
     

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All content, products, and services provided by RichboiRecordz® remain the property of the Company unless explicitly transferred by written agreement.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of RichboiRecordz® intellectual property is prohibited.
     

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • RichboiRecordz® shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

  • In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by the Client for the product or service in question.
     

9. MODIFICATIONS

  • RichboiRecordz® reserves the right to modify this Purchase and Service Agreement at any time.

  • Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
