LICENSING POLICY

Welcome to RICHBOIRECORDZ® Licensing.
Our Licensing Department handles the licensing of RICHBOIRECORDZ®'s catalogue of sound recordings, music videos, and other related creative works globally.

We offer non-exclusive licenses for a range of uses, including but not limited to:

  • Synchronization licenses (e.g., for films, TV shows, advertisements, games, and online content)

  • Compilation licenses

  • Communication to the public licenses (e.g., broadcast on TV, radio, internet, or mobile devices)

  • Public performance licenses (e.g., playing our music or videos in venues, events, or businesses)

Before using any of RICHBOIRECORDZ®'s sound recordings, music videos, or associated materials, you must first obtain a license agreement with our Licensing Department.

How It Works:

  1. Submit a completed Licensing Application Form detailing your intended use.

  2. Your application will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  3. A licensing quote will be provided, subject to formal approval (including artist and/or management consent).

  4. Upon agreement on terms, a formal license agreement will be issued for execution.

Important Notes:

  • A separate license is required for the use of musical works and lyrics contained within our recordings. You must also obtain necessary publishing licenses from the appropriate publishers or collection agencies (e.g., APRA/AMCOS or your local equivalent).

  • For certain types of public performance and broadcasting, you may also need a license from a third-party organization such as the Phonographic Performance Company of Australia (PPCA) or a similar agency in your region.

  • Not all works may require public performance or broadcast rights depending on the specific recording or territory. Please seek independent legal advice to confirm licensing requirements.

  • RICHBOIRECORDZ® reserves the right to update or revise this Licensing Policy at any time at its sole discretion.
